The Programming

Three 14-week blocks per year. Every session has a purpose. Strength days build capacity. Conditioning days test it. Cardio work covers every part of the system: Zone 2, intervals, VO2 max, long endurance. Nothing is random.

Aerobic Work

Every part of the cardiovascular system. Zone 2 endurance. Interval work. VO2 max efforts. Long aerobic sessions. All of it programmed with a reason. Not filler. Not random.

Recovery

The other half of the work.

Training is only part of it. The recovery space at 88 Patrick gives you the tools to absorb the work, reduce fatigue, and come back ready. Included with all access membership.
